Privacy notice

A clear account of what the project form and measurement layer do.

This notice covers the contact form and privacy-limited website analytics. It does not invent a broader data program that Backslash does not operate here.

What is submitted

The form sends your name, email, optional company, optional market direction, selected project need, message, and any visible route context you chose (intent or source case) to Backslash so the team can respond to your inquiry.

What is retained

The website audit store retains only a random request identifier, a one-way abuse-prevention hash, delivery status, language, and timestamps. It does not retain your name, email, company, market direction, selected intent, source case, or message. The inquiry is delivered through Backslash’s email provider and is then handled in the company mailbox.

Website measurement

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for page and conversion events and Vercel Speed Insights for route-level performance and Core Web Vitals. Event properties may include the route, language, page group, CTA placement, case slug, optional market direction, and campaign tags. Performance measurement may include route, browser, device, region, and timing data. Names, email addresses, company names, and message content are never sent as analytics or performance properties.

Why it is used

The information is used to answer your inquiry, evaluate a potential project or partnership, protect the form from automated abuse, and understand which public journeys are useful. It is not used here to create advertising profiles or sold to third parties.

Your choice

You can contact Backslash directly by email or phone instead of using the form. To ask about a submitted inquiry or request deletion from the company mailbox, write to info@backslash.id.
